He is effective in both implementing greenfield approaches and as well as executing complex turnarounds. Dieter has driven organizations to become more cost-effective while still accelerating their go to market by establishing procedural efficiency and scalability in the organization’s IT ecosystem. Since 2012 Dieter is the Global COO & Transformation Leader of the world’s largest SW Portfolio Management company headquartered in Switzerland with over $5.5B USD in 2015 revenue and 40% year-over-year growth. As a unique industry player focused on the end-to-end management of an organization’s software portfolio, the company’s portfolio ranges from software compliance management and risk mitigation services to technology roadmapping geared towards enterprise-wide cloud deployment. Dieter has led the company from being a pure reseller to a new position as the global leader in Software Portfolio Management services built atop the foundation of its homegrown software platform. In addition he has built new service verticals such as Business Process Outsourcing, Spend Management, Software Asset Management, and Technology Solutions & Cloud, he also runs the Group’s Shared Services Center as well is accountable for the Groups Technology Unit and Operations & Procurement. Dieter is based in Singapore and is a Member of the Singapore Institute for Directors (SID) and has obtained the ‘Company Director’s Governance and Directorship’ certification.
